• The cheaper product is in stock & available for immediate shipping.
• The alternative web site is not an auction site.
• The cheaper product is not listed as a sale or promotion item.
• The cheaper product is not shipped from or sold by third-part sellers (Marketplace sellers) on websites.
• The cheaper product is being sold on a US based web site.
• The cheaper product is being sold on a LEGITIMATE online retail store with a verifiable history of at least one year (no fake, or fly-by-night operations!).
• The cheaper price must also factor in the cost of shipping compared to us. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on orders less than $50, and FREE shipping on any order more than $50.
• The cheaper price is not the result of an error or typo by other vendor.
• If you have already purchased a a product from us and have found it cheaper elsewhere, you must report it to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
